She had a book full of suggestions on what to do, see and eat and she went above and beyond by providing us transfers to wherever we wanted to go. "We had a lovely break at Milva's apartment. The flat was very clean and nice, the roof terrace made it special. The location was fantastic, in the center of the town close to the beach and restaurants. We didn't have a car so it was in a perfect place for everything we needed. Castellammare is a great place for a short holiday. Milva was very kind and also organized our collection and return by cab from the airport,it was very smooth and easy."

"My honest and fair review: We stayed in one of two basement apartments in February. Kitchen is nice, recently renovated. Terrace is huge with water views. Moisture: There’s only one heater in the house and it didn’t adequately heat or eliminate the humidity in the back end of the apartment where the bedrooms are. As a result, there was mold on the ceiling and wall of the bedroom. Even the bedding felt damp. I told the owner about the mold problem on our last day. As we were leaving he arrived...

"Wir hatten (zu 6t) eine tolle Zeit in Alcamo Marina. Rosarii brachte uns am ersten Abend zum großen Supermarkt, damit wir uns erstmal mit Lebensmitteln eindecken konnten. In Alcamo Marina gibt es nur kleine Allimentari. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und liegt ruhig im 1. Stock. Alles Nötige war vorhanden, in den 4 Schlafzimmern waren alle glücklich."

"The apartment was well prepared and spotlessly clean, and we were welcomed warmly by Angela. There was also some free essential supplies on the kitchen table including excellent coffee! Only about 100m from the beach (and 2 superb pizzeria ristorantes), it was also an easy drive or gentle walk from Balestrate. The town had some really nice gelataria and cafes, and was a regular stop off on our way back from day trips. Within easy reach of a lot of interesting days out, the apartment allowed us...
