"The garden and the pool are very well maintained. The host is very helpful and friendly. Some problems with the equipment were resolved very quickly. It is in a very good location - you could access many great cities in less than 1 hour: Roma, Orvieto, Narni. The area is very green with nice view from the hill. Some small negatives: - the shortest road to Orte and the highway is bad. - there is small noise coming from the highway in the valley. However it may not be noticeable to many people. -...

"My family just got home from a perfect stay at the Villa Campi di Sotto! I just can't say enough for the the whole experience... First, the Villa itself is in a lovely setting, surrounded by the rolling green hills of Umbria. "A charming and well equipped country cottage, with the most welcoming and helpful hosts; a spacious garden to lounge in and relax in the hot August days with the sounds of cicadas and bee eaters around and night skies studded with stars. "The host of this property was very kind accommodating and helpful with our stay in Orvieto. The room was up a flight of stairs and was a nice apartment. It was very clean and close by to the walking areas of the town. It was slightly difficult to find at first however they were able to communicate with us on WhatsApp and help us find their property as well as bring us to a parking spot. The garage was a little way away from the property, but it was easy for us to access and have a safe spot for our car. Orvieto is a beautiful town, and our host was amazing with helping us out and very kind. Overall, a good experience."
