"I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient. The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful. Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel. We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground. "

"Lovely hotel ! It’s not in the center of Rome but is close enough to a TrenItalia stop so it is easy to navigate . The only issue I had was that they don’t have self service laundry and the closest restaurants in the area are a bit of walk . Still , I had a very nice stay and the breakfast room was pretty good . "Genuinely, was shocked at the bad reviews for this place. Hotel Artis was the BEST experience in Rome. SUPER short walk to the Metro Station which can get you to anywhere in Rome in minutes, great staff (who speak at least two languages), great coffee, spritzes and more. Hotel Artis is the SPOT!"

"Even though it was away from the city center, we could walk to P. Toglliati station to take the suburban train. The lot across has a full service grocery store to get take away foods. The inhouse restaurant was very good. And the breakfast was excellent with many choices."
