"We had a wonderful 3 week stay with 8 adults and later 8 adults and 2 children. The property was as depicted with well maintained pool and yard, outdoor dining area, well equipped kitchen. It is on 3 levels with connecting spiral staircase plus a loft. Sarah was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. Bagni di Lucca is well past its glory days, but still charming and a short rather steep walk from the house. This is not the Tuscany we imaged with vistas of rolling hills and hilltop towns:...

"Great stay by nine adults. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well appointed. Living area is also large with many chairs and sofas. Dining table is oval and can seat a large number of people. "This villa is exactly how it looks in the pictures except for the view...because pictures can not do it justice. The entire stay was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was quick and painless thanks to Gabriele's wonderful and kind manager. The villa was also very clean and tidy.
