"Beds very low. Too close to the floor as you felt the cold from the tiles. Air conditioning very noisy and didn't give any heat to the bedrooms even with leaving the door open. Bathroom was very good. Cabins a bit too close to each other. Lots of children kicking balls about and running about around parked cars by cabins. Good idea with adults only spa maybe an adults only area in cabins too!! Around the area complex some of the caravans with awnings looked like they had been unattended for...

"Great week long stay, there’s multiple pools and plenty of sun beds available at any time during the day. Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. "Gorgeous hotel, looks brand new. Multiple pools so there’s a place for families who have children and then an adult pool. Nice bar outside which serves cocktails. Room was clean and modern, nice sea view. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with bookings and recommendations. Sometimes bathrooms of a hotel this size are outdated but this was modern and looked recently refurbished. It is about €10 taxi for a trip in to town. The breakfast was superb, 5* in such an idyllic setting. "

"The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. "
