"Booked a lake view king room at the last minute. We were attending a show in town and didn’t want to drive home in a snowstorm. The hotel was only about a 7 minute walk to the Grand Theatre. Room was great. Very quiet at our end of the hall and it had a very comfortable bed. We like that they offer underground parking and we can just walk to most places downtown. I found it wasn’t that easy to control the room temperature as it tended to get warmer than what we set the room temperature...

"We have stayed a few times at this hotel and found it VERY clean, and friendly service from the staff. The only thing we didn't appreciate was a tween hockey team staying in the hotel and the children were running up and down the halls to the point where we had to open the door and ask them to quiet down, and when that didn't work called the front desk and they handled it. This is a posted policy in their elevator, we would appreciate the parents of these kids to be more attentive and respect...

"Everyone was very friendly, the location is ideal and close to many restaurants within walking distance. We didn't try the Academy restaurant, but it looked inviting and the menu also looked good. Would definitely stay there again."

"Breakfast was not enjoyable. Its limited. I feel like all Quality Inns have become cheap. They had a smalle waflle maker, no cooking spray so the batter got stuck to the machine. No potatoes or bagels, no variety in muffins. Staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived at 10pm and gelt like someone was tugging at our door multuples times. We then heard music and knocking from the next door. Aside from that, good place if you want to just sleep soend the night. Ali at the front desk was very sweet...

"A very inviting farm house with a warm feel. The communication with the host was some of the best I have had - thanks Tyler. Home is clean, well stocked Kitchen, nice seating area. Bedrooms were plentiful. I would say a few of the beds were soft (I prefer firm beds - personal preference) but overall I would highly recommend this for a family stay."
