We had room number 6 (top floor) which we didn’t mind - we got our steps in 😂 however the only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is that it was so hot (out of the owners control!) but it just needed some type of air con or extra fans. We had the window open the whole time which helped a bit. However - it was clean, tidy, excellent location and the owners are really friendly. "

My single room was ideal for a solo overnight stay. Comfortable and warm. Excellent breakfast included plenty of tempting options, all served in the spacious breakfast room. "The cottage is compact, but every inch of space is used to the maximum to make it a very comfortable, cosy place to base yourself. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. The living area is tiny, but with a comfy sofa and armchair is fine to hang out in. The stairs are very steep, especially to the attic bedroom (come down in reverse and use the rope provided!)
