Relax in this  open plan, contemporary style beach home located only 200m walk from popular Long Beach in the Sandy Beach development area. A pleasant walk along pristine coastline to the main township.

“Jama” is a perfect seaside retreat lovingly designed and built with families or groups of friends in mind. Decorated in neutral tones accented with touches of aqua, with brand new couches and outdoor furniture recently acquired. “Jama” has two living areas at opposite ends which include comfortable lounges, flat screen TV, DVD,  and RC/AC. Central to the design is a modern galley style kitchen including dishwasher with large glass sliding doors opening out onto the stunning deck and outdoor dining area, ideal for great summer entertaining and Robe's alfresco lifestyle.

Boasting 4 bedrooms with 2 queens and 2 queen/single bunks to sleep 10, with a 3 way bathroom making “Jama” a perfect set up for 2 families, 4 couples holidaying together or couples looking for a peaceful location close to the beach.

NO BOOKING IS ACCEPTED WITHOUT RETURNING THE GUEST LIST WITH THE REQUIRED DETAILS

Credit Card details are required for Bond security.

Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

It's a house that could do with some love, not great for kids, no fence for yard,no high chair no Curtins across the front and the cheapest noisiest beds, Mouse lives in the bbq, needs a bit of help

Fantastic and so close to beach
We loved the house we had a few small issues but nothing major and it was quickly resolved from the wonderfull Ottoson real estate they answered any questions we had leading up to our holiday . House kept cold over hot days and a lovely area literally 200 meters from the fantastic long beach. Well presented beach house with amples of room very spacious only negative was that the information booklet inside the house needed updated with everything inside the book not some things in the book others on the side of fridge was a little confusing when it didn't correspond with each other and also something More substantial to clean the BBQ but that's being very picky we loved the stay and definetly will be back !! Worth the money !
