A Paradise to Snorkel, Dive or just Relax

Located in the safe and private community of Sundancer in Sandy Bay you will be at 100 yards from the beach with a private dock with solarium and a deck where you can enjoy resting in a hammock or swim with the turtles and enjoy the second most important coral reef in the world just meters from the pier.
Do you love diving? We have a diving shop and school a few meters down the beach.
Sundancer Cabins are located10 minutes to the Int. Airport and the grocery stores in Coxen Hole. 10 minutes to West End with its unique Happy Hour evenings, fun nights and restaurants with local as well as worldwide menus. Only 5 minutes from Anthony"s Key where you can swim or learn how to train dolphins.
The cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed, the other with 2 Twins. With air conditioning and ceiling fans and 2 Windows each, that provides you with all the light, aromas and fresh air of the island. A fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a/c and ceiling fans and a loft with 2 twin beds.
You can enjoy your breakfast in the deck, the sunset in the private pier or the pool and enjoy the Happy Hours with your neighbors in the Salty Mango Restaurant/ bar.

Wonderful Experience
Lili was a fabulous host. The place was very beautiful and clean. She made us feel like family and willing to help out in way she can. Unfortunately for me I ended up a little I'll for last part of the trip, but Lili was always asking if I needed anything. We had such a wonderful time! Thank you Lili for making our vacation a memorable one 💕

What a beauty
Our stay at this property was amazing. No AC but beautiful breeze flowing through the house. Fans provided. Pool access, hammocks provided. Stove to cook if you want. Great area, walk to the beach. Free mangos from the tree. The host Lilly is amazing!!! I can't thank her enough for her hospitality. The dock was amazing!!! This property is a gem.

Spectacular
This place was great. The view from the beach is absolutely breathtaking. Everything is as described and more. Hanging in a hammock on the deck with the nice breeze is perfect. Bed was super comfy. Communication was excellent ! This is a great location to explore all points of the island. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Me made breakfast most days. Convenient store a couple of blocks away. Great place. Would recommend. Great deck on the ocean!

Family trip to Roatan!
Lili's cabana was a great fit for us. It was a little further from the beach than we had expected, but it was fine! About a 3 minute walk to the beach through the Sundancer neighborhood. Very friendly neighbors, nice clean pool with a big deck and we felt safe. Nice, big dock and a cool snorkeling reef about 300 meters out. We rented a kayak to have as support for our 9 year old twins and my husband who is less comfy in the water. Lili was helpful way beyond expectations! Hooked us up with a a ride from the airport, a stop at the grocery store, a water taxi for snorkeling adventures, a land taxi for other adventures. We enjoyed her company and helpfulness.

Roatan Paradise
Sundancer community is excellent because of excellent location, amazing dock and very friendly residents. The pier was amazing and also the $2 taxi rides to West End or Coxen Hole. Lili was excellent, always quick responses to any question or concern. The cabin provided all necessities, kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes needed for cooking. Both adults felt bed was very comfortable with a pillow topper mattress. Nice cross breezes for comfortable sleeping and an A/C was available for the couple of times we felt a need to use. The futon in the living room was not very comfortable, but we only really utilized it one day when it rained all day, otherwise we were outside all day. Pool was refreshing and a nice way to end the day for a cool off after spending all day at beach or on dock. Husband would rate the whole experience a 5/5 however I would give it a 4/5 due to our early morning and evening times on the Un-screened porch as I would end up with multiple bug bites, however he was not bothered by the bugs at all! Not Lili's fault at all, but Roatan needs a good muffler shop! You can hear the car traffic while sitting on the porch.....but again, very little of our time was spent on the porch. It was quiet and heavenly on the pier. Lili provides hammocks which we utilized most everyday at the pier for lazy and relaxing afternoons! When here if you get the chance we highly recommend a trip to La Sirena De Camp Bay for a great meal. You will enjoy your stay for the price paid!!!

Family of 4 (2 children-7 and 14). Positives: Lili was helpful and responsive. Kitchen well stocked. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Hot water. Well kept grounds and pool. Beautiful view from beach and dock. Beach not usable due to sand fleas and seagrass, but can use dock. Considerations: Listing stated 4 air conditioning units. Not accurate. Loft a/c had been removed. Living/Kitchen area a/c did not work. Unbearably hot trying to cook or spend family time. Attempted to only open windows and use fans to cool, but still hot and humid. Contacted Lili the next morning (Thurs.) Someone came into cabin while we were gone to close sheets hanging from ceiling of loft. Lili had contractor come Sat.-installed working a/c in living room. All day endeavor. Lili asked for additional money for electricity use. Additional fee not stated in VRBO listing. Already paid for 5 nights with 2/4 working a/c’s (2 of which we were stuck by airline/not in Roatan). Cabin in need of repairs. Cabinets had broken/missing hinges. Doors fall off and drawers fall completely out. Shower head not attached to wall. Tub heavily stained. Filled up when showering. Screen doors made using/locking doors very cumbersome. Dryer did not work but clothesline provided. Not Lili’s fault,but unstable individual lives downstairs. TV blaring through windows 24/7. Dog tied to chair. Keep Out sign. Per guest book has had altercations with several previous guests and has even pulled a knife.Too many issues for a restful vacation.

Lovely affordable place in Roatan
I had been in communication via WhatsApp with Lily before we even arrived to Roatán from Calgary, Canada. She recommended we rented a vehicle, which I did from the national car rental at the airport and was well worth it. We stayed for 2 weeks, which included me, my husband, 16 yr old, 13 yr old and 6 yr old. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you will need other than food if you decide to cook. I enjoyed using the air fryer Lily had here. We did cook a lot during our stay to avoid the restaurant expenses but enjoyed a few lunches and dinners out during our stay. Eldons supermarket in Coxen Hole has everything you need. There is also another grocery store heading to West end called Ramirez’s you can shop at that doesn’t have a sign. We enjoyed using the dock and snorkelled around it. We met some other friendly renters here at Sundancer too , enjoyed the sunsets and brought the hammocks that come with the cabin down to enjoy. We jumped off the 20 ft dock into the water. Wouldn’t recommend using the beach. The sand flies loved us and we all ended up looking like we had a case of chicken pox before we left. Lol. Bring bug spray, coconut oil and avoid non-raked beaches like Sandy Bay. I would recommend driving to West Bay Beach for the turquoise waters and beautiful beaches if you are a beach bum. The cabin has a cooler to bring to the beach and has beach towels. Blu island divers was the dive shop we went with and is walking distance from Sundancer which was convenient. Next time we will use a dive shop in West end for a change of scenery. Lily was a lovely host! She brought us a chocolate cake and a little Xmas tree as we stayed during Christmas. Very thoughtful!! Thank you Lily! We got locked out of the bathroom and she has someone come fix it within hours! The air conditioner does work great but the island breeze was just fine. Crack open all the windows in the cabin and you should be fine. Recommended restaurants: Argentinian Grill $$$ expensive but the best steak! Circle K down the road from Sundancer (sopa de Marina) $ cheap! Eldons supermarket lunch deli (slow cooked meats, rice, beans and veggies)$ cheap and delicious!! Pirates Den $ cheap good food Tequila Jacks $$ If you have a chance to get your hands on homemade tamales! Do it, there were people selling them on West Bay beach when we went there! We met a local islander that made us some homemade ones. Roatan is friendly and so diverse in culture! We will be back!!

Amazing host and location
Lili is first and foremost an incredible host, and the property is wonderful— with almost everything you need on site (pool, beach, dock, dive shop) or nearby. Lili constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and the place is stocked with basically everything you need (hammocks, cooler to take to the beach, snorkel gear even!). These were welcome and thoughtful touches. My friend and I also did some remote work here and wifi was very strong and reliable. Felt very safe and the porch was our favorite place to sit, along with going out on the dock for sunset. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Great location, great host, great price
Lili was a very helpful host and quick to respond to questions. We didn’t have a pizza pan and she bought us one the next day! The property has AC, laundry, a pool and a private dock as described. The decor is cute. Sandy Bay is close to the tourist centers in West Bay and West End and the taxis are very inexpensive. The house does have a bit of a bat issue, but we rarely went outside after dark anyway. Put your heaviest sleeper in the master bedroom, keep the master’s windows closed and you won’t have a problem. For the price and six beds, you won’t get a better deal.

A Bit Run Down
First of all, Lili is very nice and communication was prompt. Sundancer is a nice area and the pier is great. And this place was less expensive than others in the area. However, it is in need of some updating, especially the bathroom. Both the shower and sink are in poor condition. It is not very bright inside and the screen doors are cumbersome at best. Several holes in the screens. Sand fleas, mosquitoes and ants are plentiful. No grill on site and the oven was full of dirty/rusty metal items. Great dive shop nearby.

Nice neighborhood, close to the beach, very close to dive shop
We had a great time. Lili is a great host who was very helpful. Close to Blue Island Divers which made diving very convenient. A great group of neighbors meet on the dock every evening at sunset. Good snorkeling a short swim away.

We Fell In Love with Roatan
Roatan was perfect for our family and Sundancer is a fantastic community. The community dock was great for days spent relaxing, while the kids jumped and swam in the ocean. Liliana is fantastic, and so very attentive. We will definitely be back!

The vacation of your dreams can be real !!
You cannot die without knowing this lovely island. Roatan it's a Paradise on earth, lovely white sand beaches, coral reefs and sea life you cannot believe, food from all over the world available on a 100 feet walk, all you can desire and more is what Roatan has for you. Of course you will not sleep at the beach and you will need a great place to stay, comfy locations and the most important thing... a great property manager. That's what you'll get in this property. We enjoyed our time at Lili's cabin, she is a lovely and caring person who made us feel safe and taken care of in an unknown place. She also contacted us with great people to fulfill our needs, from renting a car to going on excursions and always paying the right price. We'd love to go back and we will, we truly recommend this property, you will not regret it. Oh !, and if you actually go, don't miss doing some snorkel at the Sundancer's dock and then come back to see the sunset with a cold one in your hand. Enjoy !

Alberta couples Excellent Vacation
We are from Alberta and wanted reasonably priced place close to the Sea and within reach of Coxen hole for groceries and such. Lillianna's place was to say the least perfect!! Close enough to the beach (nice little walk) very private and quiet, the pool is NEVER busy,and the trip to Coxen is like 5 min and west in is about 10 min. Air conditioning for the hot nights is very nice to have and Lil provided us with a TV for rainy days of which we had some for sure. The snorkeling out front is AWESOME and Blue island divers are right there if you want scuba. A+A+A+A+ thanks Lil for a great stay!!!
