"This is the second time staying here for an A&M game and will not be our last! The split bedroom floor plan is great for families with lots of comfortable beds. It’s very peaceful and quiet place with fun activities for adults and kiddos. The covered parking space is also great for loading and unloading especially if it’s raining! Justin is quick to respond if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here! "

"Loved our Thanksgiving stay at the Farmhouse. Such a peaceful respite for our family reminding me of times in the country at my Grandparents home. Everything went well with communication, checkin, etc and the house was stocked with what we needed for our stay. "

"We came to College Station for the big A&M/UT game. The location just south of town was convenient to get to campus. The property is beautiful and serene. Very comfortable for our family of 6. The check in process and communication was seamless."

"We absolutely loved Duck Nest! Not only was the property wonderful, but the owners were exceptional and very communicative. We stayed here with our brother's family (2 adults and 6-year-old) and our family (2 adults and 6-year-old) and it was the perfect set up. The owners left out snacks and the house was superbly clean. We enjoyed our morning beverages on the deck with the lovely view of the lake. The kids had a blast hanging out together (cousins - one in Tx and one in NC)with the bunk room being perfect for them. As weary travelers from NC, the owners were accommodating and made our stay easy. We were in town for a family wedding that was only 8 mins away from this house! We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay here. "
