Not so liked. - Poor communication prior to arrival, multiple messages sent, zero replies. - A Spa should be a quiet sanctuary for adults, but from 9-10am and 4-6pm it turns into a council leisure centre for hyped up children. That spoiled the stay for us, as we had to wait all day to actually use the Spa (by the time we checked in and got settled in the room there was no point using the Spa as the kids were going to...

"Lovely hotel for spa, gym, games room and games area. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff really helpful. Clean. The classic doubles are small and not really big enough for 2 adults to move comfortably around. Shouldn't have to upgrade for this. The bed was bouncy and tended to slant based on heavier person. Also standard double so again cosy for a 4 star hotel. Investment needed in beds. Double room could have been better. Twin Room was fabulous. Much bigger to accommodate 2 people. Twin sinks. "
