"I phoned the hotel at 14:30 on my day of arrival, as I would not be arriving until shortly after 20:00. I was told that the keys would be left in a locked box, and I was given the code. When I got to the hotel, although I could open the box, the keys were not there. Another couple who were staying there said the same had happened to them and gave me the contact telephone number. When I called, it was a prerecorded message in Danish, but no one answered. I was locked out of the hotel with no idea...

"The picture on the website is for an old hotel and restaurant - the reality is a very poor extension outside, no staff on site, no restaurant. The advertising is totally false."
