The location of the hotel is excellent.Receptionist, Asll, I think I may not have spelled her name correctly, but the woman is a very kind professional and deserves all the praise for her work with clients. The breakfast is ok. The hotel needs a lot of renovation, that's the only thing we didn't like, everything looks very old. Overall rating is 3.

As we were travelling by bus the hotel was a good location from the bus station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a standard double. Although it was small it was comfortable. We were aware of this from the photo so we were not disappointed. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Sore feet in Rize
We stayed three nights, the bed was a bit low for us so difficult to get out of it, a small room and even smaller bathroom but as a frequent traveller that was not to bad and everything worked. Breakfast was exceptional such a wide selection and fresh. The staff what can i say, everyone was pleasant and helpful nothing was to much for them. If and when we return we will stay here again. A big thankyou to all at Rhisos Hotel

Oda biraz küçük olsada yeterliydi kahvaltısına değinmek isterim çok şaşırdım hem okadar fazla çeşit ve buna rağmen lezzetleri tam bir karadeniz mutfağı sadece kahvaltısı için bile tercih edilir. Beş yıldız herşey dahil otellerde çok kaldım bu lezzette ve çeşitte kahbaltı yok karadenizin tüm yöresel lezzetleri vardı

Ici yeni oldugu icin oldukca temizdi. Lobi kismi da gayet keyifli. Calisanlar guleryuzlu, arkadas canlisi ve yardimsever. Kahvalti harikaydi, acik bufede mihlama, izgara sebzeler ve sicak ekmek guzel detaylardi. Bir otelden bekledigini veriyor. Ayrica yeri cok merkezi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Muhteşem bir otel...
Tam şehir merkezinde. Daha önce böyle mükemmel bir otelde kalmamıştm. Temizliği çok iyiydi. Resepsiyonda bulunan arkadaşlar her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Sabah kahvaltısı muhteşemdi. Herşey düşünülmüş. Tatlisi, kuymagi, simidi hersey vardı. Bayıldım.
