"We pulled up to the property about 4pm. The neighborhood seemed questionable and there were a lot of cars and people milling about watching us. We did not stop as we didn’t feel comfortable. We went to the grocery store up the street and saw some firemen while shopping. We asked them about the neighborhood. When we gave them the address of the rental, they told us to be alert and careful and not to be outside after dark. We decided not to even check in because we were concerned for our safety...

The building itself is old and beautiful. It’s in a really great location, very close to the prettiest grocery store ever. You can walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants. I’ve stayed here twice and the first room was much nicer. The last one could use an update in the bathroom on the grout and overall decor but...
