Chateau Living
The property was clean and in a good location. The chef was a separate fee and not included in the original amount. But, details were provided on how to contact the chef. The house was spacious with a great walking trail near by. Just need to correct the address to 1111 from 111, include extra tissue, and take k- pods for the coffee and be sure all remotes are working. Also, the ironing board was broken. And shower heads need replaced.

Nothing i would recommend
Not clean faucets wobbled all over pictures list not accurate. Zero cable or local channels. Tvs difficult to work. Showers had mold. Several things had a wow factor not in a good way. We left a day early shared with host. We figured they would reach out or adjust our rate. Since it was not at all what was advertised. 100% a side hustle even the bed linens and pillow case had a distinctive smell from another persons hair...was only there for work thank god. Even had someone looking in my car overnight. We could see the hand prints on the windows. NOPE

1 of the rooms did not had electricity in it the water from the shower leaked out as u took a bath wetting up the floor an garbage never got collected that place was a mess an there was no WiFi for the first couple days

It was just....ok
The trash bin outside was overflowing when we pulled up and it was never dumped during our 5 night stay. The master bedroom toilet had dry urine all over it. The pillow in the master had cigarette burns. My daughter scratched her arm on a broken piece on the back if the sectional. The 2nd shower is hard to turn on and off. Something is up with the hot water also, it was either too hot or just cold. We found Popsicle sticks, socks, a pair of ski glasses, and a potato chip bag in the sectional. In the Kitchen there was a Patron bottle and a slice of cake in a to-go container. We ended up having to buy dish detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Now, I say all that and still give a 3 star because the location is perfect, the neighborhood was quiet, and the kids loved their rooms. We slept well and felt safe.
