Comfortable house, for 2 to 5 people with an enclosed courtyard and a large covered terrace where it is good to have lunch or dinner, enjoying the view of the sea and the superb bay of Rivedoux.
Two Beaches for swimming, one in front of the house and the other 150 m away.
By bike, access to the bike paths is directly outside the house.
The shops are five minutes away on foot, along the beach, and you can take advantage of the typical local market every day.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location de vacances très bien équipée, spacieuse et idéalement située par rapport à la plage et au village de Rivedoux. les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et discrets à la fois. nous reviendrons certainement si nous choisissons à nouveau l'île de Ré comme prochaine destination.

Conforme au descriptif. Bien placée , vue sur la mer . Propre, parking apprécié, garage pour vélos. Propriétaires agréables. Tous les appareils mis à disposition sont simples d'utilisation et fonctionnent très bien. Les 2 chambres sont très calmes. Les oreillers et couvertures à utiliser sont sous housses à la fin du séjour, ils ne doivent pas être remis sous housse, ce qui signifie qu'ils doivent peut être subir une désinfection ou lavage ? l'ensemble est propre. Rare à ce prix, sur l'île de Ré
Bien sûr, le passage incessant sur la route, trop proche. Et le vent. Mais la maison, dans son jus 70's, est à la fois spacieuse et confortable. Et surtout, ne pas oublier le tarif, particulièrement étudié pour l'île de Ré. Jolie plage à proximité immédiate, supermarché et marché à côté. Même si le village est peu animé, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour avec deux ados et un petit chien qui pour sa part à bien apprécié la grande cour sécurisée (la voiture aussi). Nous avons loué sur place des vélos qui nous ont permis de nous visiter Saint-Martin-de-Ré, La Flotte-en-Ré et même La Rochelle. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui peuvent occuper de façon occasionnelle un logement situé en contrebas de la maison, sans que ce soit gênant; d'ailleurs l'entrée est distincte. Rivedoux, c'est Ré sans la frime. Pour nous qui venons de la Côte d'Azur, une destination apaisante et rafraîchissante. À recommander sans hésitation.

Großzügiges Haus mit Charme der 70-ger
Nach langer Fahrt durch zahlreiche Baustellen und Staus erreichten wir 2 Stunden später als geplant das Ferienhaus. Uns erwartete ein freundliches Ehepaar , mit welchem man sich auch auf Englisch verständigen konnte sowie ein großzügiges Haus mit Charme der 70-er Jahre. Alles war sehr gepflegt .Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf der Insel. Man muss aber auch noch erwähnen, dass das Haus an der Zufahrtsstraße liegt und entsprechend Autoverkehr vorhanden ist.
