"Nice new hotel but they charged 7 Euros for the airport shuttle - it was indicated to us that it was a free service."

"This hotel was exactly what we needed for a one-night stay before our early morning flight. It's not a luxury hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located less than a mile from the airport. The room was basic but had everything we required: a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a TV. It served its purpose perfectly for a short stay. The proximity to the airport was the biggest advantage. It made catching our flight stress-free and saved us on expensive taxi fares."

"Small & clean hotel, very convenient for the free shuttle to Airport! They were on time to pick me up and to take me to the airport. Nice selection of breakfast items ( 6 euros) Yes! I would stay here again! "

"Convenient for the airport but only has shuttle from hotel to airport and not airport to hotel. It's a cool place, looks like an American motel. A little bit old style inside but there is everything you need and it's clean. You have a private car park in front of every room. Price is good."

"The restaurant, bar and breakfast was excellent. Very helpful staff. It was convenient that a large grocery/food store was across the street along with gas stations and other stores. The hotel is convenient to Malpensa airport also. "

"From unique perfect parking to excellent room and bathroom…all extremely well designed and functional. Great simple precise architecture outside and in. A warmer initial reception arrangement would greatly enhance appeal, though it was super efficient. "

"Super convenient for dining and touristy stuff. Apartment is very clean and quiet. Lots of character. Note the limits to entering and leaving the city by car. Had a great experience."

"I arrived early hours in the morning at 3am with no no instructions on where to find the pods or no signs up to where to go and not anything open to ask anyone spent 45 minutes walking around I did find a cafe that open up with with broken English she pointed me in the right direction. The touch screen was broken so could not turn the lights off and it was very very noisy cannot get any sleep "

"Very charming property; classical old villa with authentic furniture. I spent a nice and quiet night there. On the negative side: it was hard to find a decent restaurant closely; the breakfast offerings were not impressive. "

"The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."
