The elegant, newly renovated attic apartment Salvia is located on the outskirts of the charming village of Riva del Garda on the north coast of Lake Garda. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor, has a modern and comfortably furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a shower and a bidet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The parquet flooring in all living rooms and the wooden ceilings with exposed beams are particularly beautiful. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, a smart TV with cable and satellite reception and a utility room with a washing machine. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.
In the evening you can end the day with a glass of wine on the balcony with an impressive view. This accommodation is particularly suitable for sporty couples or families, as a bicycle storage room is also available free of charge. A restaurant is only a 5 minute walk away (400m), numerous other restaurants and supermarkets can be found within a radius of 2km or 5 minutes by car. The centre of Riva del Garda with its beautiful promenade, the fortress and the ferry pier can be reached after a short drive of less than 10 minutes (3,5km). In the same radius there is also a nice bathing place (Spiaggia Sabbioni).

Das Appartement ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wanderungen und Wassersport am Gardasee. Es liegt etwas abseits des Trubels von Riva (ca. 3 km oder 5-10 Minuten mit dem Rad entlang einer Fahhradtrasse an den See) am Hang. Für 2 Erwachsene ist die Größe ideal. Alles ist neu und modern eingerichtet, superschön sind die freiliegenden Dachbalken. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Wir durften sogar die Fahrräder benutzen. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten mit Tischen und Stühlen, wenn man mal einen Tag nichts tun möchte. Alles in allem: top!
