"This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. "This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. "Pretty good overall. Room was comfy and well appointed. WiFi worked ok. The only issue was the lacking of soundproofing in the walls. Was extremely noisy from a nearby room at night. Primary reason for a hotel room is to get some sleep. At this it failed. Such a shame, other than that it was fine."

"I haven't felt like I overpaid this much for a hotel in over 5 years. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Service terrible with people at front desk and the hostess at the restaurant. And it is not ski-in/ski-out. It is right off a busy road and near the train line, not a ski resort. 15 minute drive to 3 Zinnen."

"Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays"
