"Beautiful farm house feel in the country. We took many drives through the country roads and discovered sites along the way. It is truly out in the county and you need a car to get around. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It is not easy to find the location, but we met at a grocery store and followed to the home."

"The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken; wir hatten das Gefühl der Verkehr fährt direkt durch die Schlafzimmer. Zudem war von der Besitzerin gewünscht, dass lediglich ein Frühstück zubereitet werden darf und kochen unerwünscht ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit 150 Treppen zu erreichen. In Summe muss hier dringend die Objektbeschreibung korrigiert werden."

"We enjoyed the rustic Tuscan home surrounded by olive trees very much. The pool was fabulous. Thank you Paolina for keeping it open so late in the year. We swam everyday. We enjoyed the many little towns near by. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thank for for the coffee, oil and the many other things already stocked for us. Much appreciated!"

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Umgeben von Wald und mit nur einem weiteren Nachbarn in der anderen Haushälfte. Kleinere Mängel wurden schnell beseitigt und es gab immer ein Lächeln für uns. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk gab es ein kleines Carepaket, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der hauseigene Außen-Whirlpool konnte beheizt werden und war sehr entspannend. "It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."

"We had a wonderful stay at Gitavillage. There are big play ground for kids. The facility is very big. Best is the private beach with free umbrellas. The beach is quite big and sandy. Was very quite. Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here if we come back to this area. "

"The staff were kind, positive, pleasant and will to help. A person in my travel party arrived in the breakfast hall only a few minutes before closing time. Rather than just start closing up a staff member was kind enough to ask us if we needed more time. Consequently, the breakfast was presented well and was very well rounded with a great assortment of hot and cold options. They have large elevators, underground parking, and many other amenities that a modern hotel should have. Finally, I noticed that a number of the teams that often place in the middle/lower tier teams of the Italy professional league have chosen/choose to stay in this hotel, so I’m certain it’s been vetted extensively. I know where I will go next time I’m in Grosetto."

"There are no words to describe how amazing this property is! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They greeted us by name, which was absolutely wonderful. We were given a tour of the property followed by lunch. The food at this Castello is simply divine. Everything is farm-to-table and they only use the highest of ingredients. Our rooms were also just spectacular. We stayed in the Vicario Suite, Suite Sprone & the Spa Suite. All three were amazing, however the Spa Suite was really special. The amenities in our rooms were wonderful as well. You can tell that management has thought of every last detail to make the guests stay a five star experience. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation and we cannot wait to return! "
