"Beautiful farm house feel in the country. We took many drives through the country roads and discovered sites along the way. It is truly out in the county and you need a car to get around. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It is not easy to find the location, but we met at a grocery store and followed to the home."

"The property is beautiful with unbelievable views of the sea, port and surrounding area. You can wake up early and watch the sun rise over the mountains in Tuscany. The pool is fantastic with amazing views. The property is great for kids, as there is a kids bedroom with lots of toys and books. We had some issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, but the host was incredibly responsive and everything was fixed very quickly."

Zudem war von der Besitzerin gewünscht, dass lediglich ein Frühstück zubereitet werden darf und kochen unerwünscht ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit 150 Treppen zu erreichen. "We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well."

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."
