"The location is excellent, right near the center of the old town. The service was better than most of the five-star hotels I've stayed in, many people always offering to give assistance and advice. The bed was not very comfortable. It seems like they were too single Mattresses pushed together since they had kind of a hard part right in the middle. The heating was a little strange. "Amazing hotel and, especially, staff. Everyone in the staff, including the front desk representatives, breakfast staff, and cleaning team, was excellent. The property is at a great location; it is a five minute walk to the old town. We liked the hotel and staff so much that we changed our plans to extend our stay there!"

"Amazing stay at Pansion Nur. The photos of the view do not do this place justice. The owner is such a nice man too, we had a flat car battery on a Sunday morning and he drove us around to pick his friend up to give us a jump start so we could go about our travels"

"Absolutely loved our stay here in Mostar. My only regret is that we didn't have more than one night. Our room had a perfect view of the river, and in the morning we awoke to the beautiful haunting sound of prayers being sang from a local temple, echoing off the mountains. Very clean and well equipped apartment, and a really lovely welcoming hostess. Thanks again."

"Brand new hotel about a 20 minute walk from the historic center (or a cheap cab ride). Easy to park if you have a car (hotel has a parking lot). There is a restaurant on site (had a nice dinner + buffet breakfast). The pool, sauna and gym were not yet opened but once they are it will be a really amazing stay. The historic district of Mostar is super busy so I am VERY glad to have stayed just outside of that area. "

"The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. It was the best sleep I've had in days. The shower was also quite nice and there were some basic toiletries provided. The only thing that was confusing was checkin: the sign on the main door said to call or go upstairs to the first floor door on the right, but then we basically walked into the owners private residence because we didnt see the small sign that said private. "Mostar is beautiful, thoroughly recommended and if you do go, this is a good place to stay. Very enjoyable - lovely staff. Close enough to main centre of town, but far enough away from the noise. Only one minor complaint and that is the air conditioning units were rather noisy! "

"The hotel showed the signs of deterioration since I stayed there two years ago. I was by the elevator and people were loud and they didn’t care about the time or their voice levels."

"It was a great experience to stay at this hotel and very close walking distance to the old bridge. It was very difficult to find at night by car. If you are from Iowa like us, we recommend arriving before sunset. The fenced, secure parking is nearby. It has a beautiful courtyard to enjoy coffee and terrace to enjoy breakfast."

"The location was excellent. Had a view of the Crooked bridge from my window. Free parking on the premises was a huge bonus considering the parking situation in old Mostar. A couple minute walk to everything in the Old center. The owners were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a little musty smelling when we got there but was cleaned up by the cleaning person. Good stay -would go there again."
