Large studio + cabin area. 35 m2 + large south-facing balcony on the 6th floor with lift. 5 beds ideal for a family.
At the foot of the slopes, Orée du Bois ski lift, ski-in and ski-out, ski lockers in the basement of the building.
Facing south with view of the slopes and the mountains. Rue Risouline all shops, pharmacy, bank, equipment rental, crèche. Close to covered parking, cinema. Concierge on the ground floor to pick up the keys.

Centre de Risoul pratique
1 semaine en centre de Risoul, très agréable et pratique. Tout équipé cet appartement respecte l'annonce en tout point. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et joignable. Risoul comporte plusieurs atouts... (piscine chauffée...) et en famille c'est une bonne station.

Excellent séjour, appartement conforme à l annonce . Balcon avec une superbe vue et très ensoleillé. Nous avons eu quelques petits soucis en arrivant mais la propriétaire a été très présente et très réactive, ce qui a été important pour nous. L emplacement de l appartement est top, a 2 mn du téléski, avec tous les commerces a proximité. Bref nous conseillons vivement cette location.

Appartement très bien situé, au pied d’un remonte pente, des commerces et de la rue principale. Il est spacieux, bien équipé et très ensoleillé. Très agréable à vivre. Il aurait peut-être besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement (carrelage de la cuisine et des sanitaires) mais ce n’est que de la décoration! Le propriétaire a toujours été disponible. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!
