Appartement parfaitement situé, à la fois pour le ski et la proximité des commerces. Le balcon, spacieux est baigné de soleil. A l'intérieur, à quatre,on est très à l'aise.L'appartement est confortable et parfaitement équipé ! Idéal pour un séjour en famille ☺️.

L’appartement est très agréable, bien situé proche du centre et des pistes, il est bien aménagé. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu avoir accès à la wifi car nous étions trop loin de la borne . Très bon contact avec la propriétaire.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très bien agencé, spacieux, bien équipé , idéalement situé, et donnant accès aux tennis et à une piscine. L’appartement semble très bien isolé également. La propriétaire Madame Daubois est charmante et très réactive . La copropriété bénéficie également d’un excellent gardien. L’appartement est superbement bien placé au pied des pistes. Il est très bien conçu et tout est bien pensé à l’intérieur. Le propriétaire est quelqu’un de très très gentil. Je recommande cet appartement.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à 4 en famille dans cet appartement. Celui-ci est parfaitement équipé et placé : lorsque vous sortez de la salle des casiers à ski, vous êtes sur le front de neige à 50m des remontées et des départs des cours de skis. Lorsque vous sortez de l'autre côté, vous êtes à 20m de la rue principale marchande avec les commerces et restaurants. De plus, Mme Daubois sera à votre écoute pour vous faciliter votre séjour et toujours disponible en cas de questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans son appartement . Merci.

Retour à Risoul après 20 ans, station tjs aussi agréable et ensolleillee
Appartement très bien situé, au pieds des pistes. Ensoleillement permanent, vue dégagée. Aménagement pratique et tres bien pensé. Tous les ustensiles sont présents, appareil à raclette, à fondue, cafetière, on se sent comme à la maison. Propriétaire et concierge charmants aux petits soins. Appartement et station très agréables en été !
Séjour parfait fin juillet 2018 à Risoul. L'appartement est très bien tenu et équipé, idéalement situé en front de station mais à l'écart de la foule, balcon calme et agréable au milieu des mélèzes. Accès à volonté aux cours de tennis et à la (grande) piscine chauffée privative de la résidence à deux pas : un bonheur après la randonnée. Sur place : randos, tennis, piscine, VTT, luge déval. Les commerces sont animés, marché hebdomadaire, et la station organise de nombreuses activités gratuites en été : un régal pour les enfants et ados. A 20 minutes dans la vallée : activités d'eaux vives. Le lac de Serre-Ponçon est à moins d'une heure. Merci à madame Daubois qui est aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons.

Très très agréable !
Appartement très bien placé aux pieds des pistes , très confortable , tout y est. En sortant du local à ski , on est directement sur la piste .Un joli balcon plein sud sur les pistes, les commerces tout près. Très bon contact avec Mme Daubois, qui est prévenante , a l écoute de ses locataires et arrangeante . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons vivement !

appartement très bien située aux pieds des pistes
appartement bien situé avec balcon qui donne sur les pistes et qui est exposé plein sud. Idéal pour le café et pour regarder les skieurs qui descendent des pistes. cuisine très bien équipée et appartement très propre. Assez de rangement. Aux pieds des pistes et à côté des commerces, restaurants, etc Mais quand même très calme, on n'entend pas le bruit des boîtes de nuit, cafés et pubs.
