Located on the ground floor, it provides easy access and is ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Perfect for families or groups, the condo comfortably accommodates six to eight guests, making it the perfect choice for memorable vacations.
This property does not have any windows.
Step inside to a cozy living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable seating area with a television and sofa bed, all designed to make you feel at home. The condo includes a private bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, a snug “mountain nook” with bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax.
After a day on the slopes, you can enjoy the resort’s heated indoor swimming pool, shared with other guests, or relax in the sauna for a small fee. Pool access may be adjusted based on regional health guidelines to ensure safety. The resort also offers a variety of family-friendly activities, all within easy reach.
Shops, restaurants, and sports stores are just a short walk away. Situated at eighteen hundred and fifty meters above sea level, Risoul boasts some of the best conditions in the Southern Alps, with over three hundred days of sunshine and one hundred and eighty-five kilometers of ski slopes. Parking is available for free in the suite, and there is public paid parking a few hundred meters away.
