"We were not given the room we booked and paid for. The room wasn’t very well sound proofed - you could hear every word of people talking in the neighboring rooms. However, the staff were LOVELY, amazing location, despite the noise, the room was great - good size and very comfortable. Complimentary wine and coffees were a nice touch. "The staff in reception was super friendly and the place is good value for money for Barcelona. However, the rooms had thin walls and it was very noisy, we could hear other people even coughing. The worst part was that my wife forgot a T-shirt she loved, we rang just a couple of hours after the check-out but they said that it was their policy to throw away anything forgotten. "
