We did arrive late in the evening (11:30p). Rang the service bell 4 times with no response. Finally called the hotel phone number and reached a staff member to check us in. When my husband used the men's room, the wall was covered in vomit. He mentioned it to her, but she didn't seem concerned. The lobby & hallway floors were dirty when we arrived and still at checkout. A loud group was partying outside our window until at least 1am. We make this trip regularly, and will be staying elsewhere in future.

I’ll be back!
Excellent stay! I will definitely be coming to this particular hotel when I travel from North Carolina to Indiana. The lobby was decorated in a cute fall theme. The staff was great! The breakfast was very good with lots of variety and pre packaged to go treats, which was nice and convenient. If you are traveling with a pet there were plenty of clean areas that were well lit to potty your dog. The hotel is very convenient to restaurants, gas and fast food.

Great stay here for a local festival. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and friendly. The breakfast offered many options and was delicious. Really enjoyed the extra touches like bottled water and cookies. Hotel overall seemed very clean. I have only had good experiences with IHG hotels. Only gripe I have is the bed being too firm and the pillows too soft, but that is with most hotels.

Everything was good except I had asked if we could split the bill when we checked in. I was told that it could be done when I check out. Do I asked then and was told it was impossible!!! Because of this I have incurred bank charges for other purchases that didn’t go through. I’m very unhappy with this situation! And will not be staying with your hotel again!! It was a simple request and you said you could do it and you could not. So you lied to me and cost me extra money. Very disappointed, Rob

The air conditioner in the room had to be turned down to 61 just to cool the room. And the TV only had the option for live TV, could not connect to the internet for streaming. But the bed was fantastic and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall a very nice stay.

There was a very strong scent in the lobby which triggered a migraine while we were checking in. The scent was noticeable in public areas connected to the lobby. While checking out, I mentioned my concerns about the smell and the manager told me that "Lot's of people have said they liked it". She did finally say that she was sorry for my reaction but the comment was very insincere. I told her I was concerned that a severe medical event could be triggered in someone who had breathing difficulties and she once again informed that I was the only person who complained and lots of people liked it.
