"Room was surprisingly dirty, but I think it may have just been a bit of a one off scenario, last people in the room.must have left a pair of underwear and the dining table was nope wiped clean so felt unsanitary, I travel with my kids do I sanitized it myself. Staff was incredibly polite and nice no complaints there at all. We were there for 2 nights, first night we were the only guests, second night we were one 3 guests so it was kind of nice how quiet it was. Wish I got a fun upgrade as we were the only ones there but that's not a complaint just a funny wish haha. All in all it was good and served its purpose! "

"It was a short getaway with a group of friends. The place was very cozy and well equipped with games, kitchen items, towels, etc. Communication from the host was clear which made the check in and check out process very easy."

"The rooms are clean, plenty of towels. There are four bedrooms upstairs with their own en suite bathroom. There are two other rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom all very comfortable. there is another bedroom on the main floor that looks like it was once a large dining room. They can sleep a bunch of kids, but there’s no bathroom. They need to walk upstairs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great outdoor fireplace with firewood supplied. About a 10 minute walk from the beach, we can watch the sun go down. There is a large kitchen with a gas stove and industrial fan hood a dishwasher would be a nice touch. Best part of renting this hole in is the bar area where you can hang out and talk and it’s almost like you are hanging out at a bar for the weekend. Great stay awesome for large groups would return. "

"It’s a basic room but clean with everything you need (tv, microwave, fridge). Great location and Syed was super helpful and friendly!"

"We enjoyed our week long vacation with our extended family including our senior parents. This cottage is beautiful, clean, airy with comfortable beds. The beach was only a 3 minute walk and was just beautiful. We enjoyed so many sunsets that week! Kincardine has some really unique shops. Janine and Conrad were super hosts. Neves and Fritz family :) "

"Rooms are convenient mostly at ground level so I can park at my door. Very inexpensive per night, good economical option in Kincardine."
