"Easy check in, beautiful location in the center of vineyards, 5 mins drive to center of Castagneto Carducci and 10 mins from marina/beach. It’s off season so beach area was mostly closed. Super clean and quiet location, off the beaten path. Excellent, hospitable staff, especially during breakfast. Highly recommended!"

"We really enjoyed the pool especially with the heat wave. However it was especially hot in the house and additional fans or ceiling fans would have been welcomed in the bedrooms on the ground floor. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery etc….Coffee machines were a plus. (The only problem we encountered is the fact that the property manager sent us a lease contract, which was a bit confusing, since we were dealing with VRBO. On that contract it mentioned that the balance...

"It was peaceful and quiet place to rest. Having private carpark was good. The host gave us a bottle of Rosé wine which we were pleasantly surprised. The Aircon unit in the place had only heating function, the cooling function was not available. Tried to let in fresh cool air by opening the windows but there was no insect screens so the insects flew in as well. In the end, we slept in the room that was warm and stuffy. It would have great if fans were provided."

"One of the nicest hotels we have ever visited. Beautiful setting, amazing weather. The staff and owners were brilliant and catered for our every need, nothing was too much trouble. and then it came to the food... Mamma Mia!! we absolutely loved staying here and will return again, for sure. Five stars al the way, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"
