"The property is about a 10 minute walk through the tunnel then up the street to number 99. The little balcony overlooking the street was a nice touch. "We enjoyed our stay in Riomaggiore! Such a quaint town! The check in instructions were very thorough. We loved sitting on the two balconies and watching the sunset! Lots of stairs to work off all the gelato! Go see the castle with amazing views!"

From this hotel one can walk to two local restaurants for good food at very reasonable prices. The immediate town is charming and quaint. The bus to the coast is across the street. USE IT!!! It is convenient and takes you close to the train.

Of the 5 villages of Cinque Terra, this is definitely the best one to visit. They're all beautiful, but this one is less touristy and the prettiest! My friend said she'd like to live there.
