"The view and proximity to everywhere was very good. Michele was very nice and helpful and gave us useful recommendations, every time I needed something he was very quick to respond. "Beautiful room. Very comfortable beds. Modern furnishings. View is amazing and check in easy and efficient. Staff very helpful on arrival. We were only able to stay one night but would have loved to stay longer. Definitely would come back if available. The area is know for its beauty and there are narrow stairs as it is built into the mountain, but there is also a winding road/path up to the residence so stairs can be minimized. There are two terraces to sit and enjoy the breathtaking view of the town and hills. "

"Spacious room with a window with a great view of the water and the town. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to train station however a steep hill to climb (not overly difficult but would not recommend for people with mobility issues). "

"The property is about a 10 minute walk through the tunnel then up the street to number 99. The little balcony overlooking the street was a nice touch. There is no elevator and you are going up 3 flights of stairs to the room, so plan ahead for your stay and pack accordingly. Maddy met us at the room to make sure we had a good feel for 5 Terre and the area. Very glad we stayed in 5 Terre. "

"We enjoyed our stay in Riomaggiore! Such a quaint town! The check in instructions were very thorough. We loved sitting on the two balconies and watching the sunset! Lots of stairs to work off all the gelato! Go see the castle with amazing views!"

Our host Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she helped us in many ways - including recommendations and helping us with which passes to buy to explore the towns.
