The house is new and very pretty, everything is taken care of so that the guest can spend a quiet and comfortable holiday.
It is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and consists of kitchen-living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and private internal courtyard, where you can relax and dine outdoors in peace.
In addition to the double bed, there are two sofa beds. The parking space is private. The apartment, equipped with air conditioners, is bright and welcoming and what is supplied (pots, dishes etc.) allows you to be completely independent.
From Riola it is easy to reach the most famous beaches of Oristano including Is Aruttas, Mai Moi, Mari Ermi (famous for the beach with rice grains), Sa Mesa Longa, Putzu Idu, Mandriola, Su Pallosu, Sa Rocca Tunda, S'Archittu (known for its famous arch), Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, S'Anea Scoada, San Giovanni di Sinis.
In the areas of Putzu Idu it is sometimes possible to admire the famous pink flamingos and nearby is Capo Mannu a favorite destination for surfers and kiters.
Even out of season the possibility of excursions and naturalistic and archaeological visits is not lacking, including, for lovers of festivals and horses, the famous Sa Sartiglia which takes place in Oristano every year at the carnival or a visit to the ruins of Tharros.

Accolti dalla sig:ra Elisabetta, la quale ci ha mostrato l'ap- partamento con giardino esterno arredato con sdraio tavolo e ombrellone e una bellissima bouganville e immancabile barbecue. Situato in pieno centro cittadino con servizi quali supermercato pasticceria farmacie pizzeria etc. nelle vicinanze. Soggiorno piacevole con brevi spostamenti si raggiungono splendide spiagge e siti storici. Esperienza positiva e da ripetere. Cordiali saluti Patrizio

Strände vom Feinsten
Die Anzahl der Strände haben wir sehr genossen. Um die Ecke der Wohnung war ein sehr schöner Supermarkt, in dem es alles gab, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Lorenzo war auch sehr gut. Wenn was gefehlt hat, wurde uns gleich geholfen.

Riola Sardo… etwas spezieller Ort, aber wunderschöne Umgebung , Strände!
Wohnung: Im Gesamten recht gut… Minuspunkte: kein WIFI, d.h. kein Internet ausser Roaming; die Dusche öfters mal mit kaltem Wasser… bei gutem Zureden sprang der Durchlauferhitzer meist an … dann ein kläglicher Wasserstrahl, Matratze könnte besser sein. Wohnung im Allgemeinen recht hübsch… daher 4!

Posizione strategica
Proprietari disponibili e discreti, appartamento molto carino e pulito, con tutto il necessario. Veramente accogliente. Vicinissimo un supermarket e nessun problema di parcheggio. Il piccolo giardino sul retro ha permesso gradevolissime colazioni all’aperto. La collocazione è perfetta per esplorare il Sinis con le sue meravigliose spiagge e i siti di interesse archeologico. Consigliato!

Accoglienza ottima,soggiorno anche,posizione geografica buonissima(centrale occidentale ) con spiagge bellissime spostamenti per visite ai complessi nuragici ,visita altre città es;Alghero ,Bosa etc . Consiglio questa esperienza a tutti coloro che desiderano visitare la meravigliosa Sardegna.

Vacanze nel Sinis
Soggiornato dal 24 agosto al 3 settembre Appartamento: esattamente come da descrizione. Ideale per 2/3 persone. Pulito, ordinato e arredato con cura. Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'appartamento è presente un supermercato (a meno di 100m), una farmacia, una pizzeria al taglio (buona ed economica). In paese sono presenti due caffetterie/pasticcerie che propongono anche dolci della tradizione sarda. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere le bellissime spiagge del Sinis e alcuni siti archeologici (Tharros, pozzo S.Cristina, nuraghe Losa, museo archeologico di Cabras,... ) Host: Lorenzo e Manuela sono stati disponibili e corretti. Ci sono venuti incontro per gli orari del check in/out. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare un gentile pensiero: una bottiglia di vino, un cabaret di dolcetti sardi e dell'acqua fresca in frigorifero. Grazie.
