"This is a great house! Very clean, it has everything you need. Nice neighborhood. Easy check in. It does have memory foam mattresses. I’m not a huge fan of those but many are. "We absolutely loved our stay. Host is very attentive with great communications. House was spacious with a lot of amenities. Pool and spa were perfect. Nice astroturf lawn for our service animals. Great views. Highly recommend"

Ladies at gas station were clearly on drugs, and there was a random old man bleeding from his leg. This weekend get away was like a bad movie scene from hell. I want my money back and will never go back.

Was in town to visit family and do some work related errands. Didn't get much of a chance to look around. Rio Rancho has definitely grown up!!!
