"I appreciated a door separating the two beds to offer a degree of privacy and quiet for a good night's sleep. The second bed is in the kitchen near the bathroom. The exit sign was very bright and needed to be covered to get any sleep. The service handling financial transactions and check-in was frustrating."

"We spent 3 nights at Hotel La Fonda during a snow storm. We had a lovely cozy room overlooking the plaza to watch the snow come and go. We could shop and eat on the plaza, or in their cute coffee shop. The common sitting areas were great too."
