"The pool was awesome. The staff was amazing. Especially liked the main bar bartenders, Ruben and Raymond. They were great guys to talk with, and made our experience a lot more fun! Rooms were always clean and beds were very comfortable. Only bad thing there was the no-seeum bugs that bite like crazy.... ..."

Great stay!
"We enjoyed our stay! Ryan was very helpful with any questions we had! Check in process was easy. In a great location at the base of El Yunque rainforest. Worked great for 14 people. Would definitely recommend to large groups who would like having a pool and hot tub."

If you read other reviews, they are accurate. This place price gouges you on every little thing. On top of that they to deceived us out of $900 total between 4 reservations. If it wasn't for an email from Travelocity it would have been $1800...
