"We enjoyed our stay here. We booked a junior suite because we were here for 7 nights - the extra space made it very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were really good, and we ate in the hotel restaurant twice - lovely food and good value (discount for hotel guests). The hotel is right next to the metro, which is modern and a bonus for travel in the eastern half of Porto (good luck with the buses in the western half). The 3-day "tourist" travelcard is great value but can't be bought everywhere (nearest is Trindade station). We loved the local restaurant Nova Era - mainly locals, really friendly - recommended."

"A great place to stay: friendly staffs, clean and spacious rooms, walking distance to many scenery places, and easy grocery shopping. A little noisy around midnight for about 30 minutes - maybe from a bar nearby. We are fine with it, as we are so tired that we just fell asleep."

"Ideal location in city centre within 200m of Trindade metro station. Welcoming staff in a very clean and comfortable reception area. Our room was very clean, everything worked and was modern and up to date. The WiFi also worked well (much better than most hotels in the UK). 5G reception was also good around Porto. The cafe next door was great for breakfast and was really efficient."
