The only thing I did not like is absence of French TV, though French is officially a working language and TV 5 Monde is on the TV menu. Other hotels nearby receive the service

The ac didn’t work well, so it got stuffy a few times in the middle of the night. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and well kept. Great restaurants and shops at walking distance; not to mention the beautiful Copacabana Beach. I would stay at this hotel again. And Mr. Altino (I think that’s his name), the very nice gentleman who works at the front door in the afternoons is the best!

This hotel had a gym, restaurant and big rooms. At least where I stayed was big for the price I paid. This hotel is coated in a very good area, near the beach.

The staff was nice. The breakfast staff was very helpful, especially Maria. I am lactose intolerant and could not find anything I could eat at breakfast. She had a lactose-free breakfast made for me. Thank you Maria

Friendly staff and great location. Room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. Overlooking a busy street but sound isolation was good. Generous buffet breakfast.

My room was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I am an Expedia Platinum member but did not receive an upgrade. Very disappointing. The location is great and it's just a two minute walk to the Copacabana beach. The hotel staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was fine.

Excellent service and overall a great stay! I definitely recommend. Copacabana Beach is just right around the corner. The only negative is that I had very loud neighbors who were yelling late at night.

The room was small, mold in the shower and one of the male staff was very rude when I checked in all because I asked for my forms in English before I sign anything. He refuse to give me a copy and said they’ll email it but NEVER DID. Then proceeded to say I couldn’t check in unless I signed because it’s the same thing on the Internet. He had a fade with curly bangs. I took a picture and will gladly send it wherever, I’m glad I landed first because I was able to switch my employees hotel to the Marriott and I made sure I didn’t pay for a single meal at the hotel. That one employee attitude cost them BIG! I flew from America and this was my first time in Brazil and using this hotel brand. I’LL STICK THE THE BRANDS I KNOW!

Windsor has many properties around Rio. This is one of their lesser quality ones but the location is good and the price reasonable. It included breakfast but I didn’t try it.

The staff are always friendly and helpful! Breakfast is very good! The restaurant food is good and better than the restaurants on the street. Location is excellent only few minutes to metro and the beach! We will come back and stay here again!

Excellent service, with a conveniently located spot, just a short 5-minute walk to Copacabana Beach and safe for walking. Jonathan and Lucas in the lobby provided great service. Many tours can pick you up from here, and they have information about plenty of nearby activities.
