CONSISTENTLY A GREAT HOTEL!
The service is great here and it's a nice hotel. One of the things that may be important to many is that the parking is $r31.50 which on the current race equate to a little under $5.56-$6.00 a day extra.

The staff at this property are excellent! A special shout out to the cleaning staff that take care of the rooms. The cleaning staff does a very good job and the porters are very helpful as well. Overall the staff is excellent!

Simply Fantastic
Lovely old heritage hotel - could do with a bit of an update, but would rather spend less and have less flashiness. Such incredibly good value - for a central location, metres / feet from the subway - heated pool and steam room, large rooms with separate dining nook and bar fridge, basic breakfast buffet included; the usual WiFi, TV and AC - and excellent service. This will be my go-to for future trips to Rio.

Hotel is very nice, a beautiful old building! All workers are very nice and helpful. I have only two points that I think the hotel can improve: Air conditioning is too loud. I think it would be better to have more options on the breakfast.

The staff here is always top notch and a shout out to the ladies that clean the rooms. The ladies that clean the room do a very good job and they're very cheerful when I see them. The entire staff is really cool.

Affordable property with lots of amenities. The staff was very kind with us, especially considering our Portuguese was minimal. Pros: -feijoada buffet on Saturday was delicious and well worth the price -the heated pool is excellent, feels like a hot tub -comfortable rooms with strong air conditioning and nice shower -friendly and kind staff who go above and beyond in courtesy Cons: -elevator closes very quickly (I know it sounds like an odd complaint but I got in the elevator and pushed the button and it immediately closed the doors very quickly, my friend didn’t have time to get in with me and we were comedically split up for a moment. No time to react basically!) -floor was mildly dirty in our room—I didn’t find an issue but my friend commented about it more than once) -the hallways with the rooms were oddly long and narrow Overall the cons were so minor I didn’t want to subtract a star for them. Very satisfied with the stay!! I’d come stay again without any hesitation.

My only complaint was that I paid for a suite with a jacuzzi and they put me in a very small room that had a Jacuzzi but not a room the size of a suite that I paid for. I really didn't have enough space.

Ja me hospedei no hotel varias vezes mas nessa ultima ficamos em um quarto com um banheiro minusculo. Tambem senti falta de um jogo americano na area Pet para refeição. Pagamos a diaria pelo pet mas nao tem nada para atender ao Pet paga-se somente para estar com ele ali. Nao tem um pote com agua ou mesmo um tapete higiênico. Acho que poderiam pensar um pouco mais afinal tem um custo por parte do tutor.
