Rio de Janeiro has only 2 airports. Santos Dumont Airport is 5 miles from the HOTEL. Tom Jobim International Airport (RioGALEÃO) is 14 miles from the HOTEL.
The Hotel does not offer shuttle services.
2) INFRASTRUCTURE:
Real Residence HOTEL has 300 rooms with heated pool, Wi-Fi internet, Gym / GYM, pool, geek, ping-pong, lush gardens, 24-hour security, restaurant, laundry, beauty salon, car rental, among others. . If necessary, HOTEL may limit guests' simultaneous access to common areas to maintain order and organization. In this case, access to the common areas would be limited to 02 guests per apartment at a time.

The apartment has 01 bedroom with attached kitchen and 01 bathroom.
BEDS: the apartment has 01 double bed and 01 triliche (triple single bed with 03 floors). Sleeps up to 05 people.
The apartment has daily cleaning and housekeeping (at no extra charge). They are provided: soap, toilet paper, pillows, pillow cases, sheets and towels.
The apartment features 40 ”inch Smart TV with over 150 cable TV channels, WiFi internet, silent split air conditioning, ceiling fan, work / dining table, safety deposit box, closet with hangers and hairdryer.
In addition, the apartment has KITCHEN, properly equipped with utensils and objects that allow guests to prepare their own meals, such as: fridge, microwave, electric oven, stove, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, among others. Thus, the guest can enjoy greater comfort within the apartment, as well as save on food. The guest should clean all utensils and kitchen appliances they use, such as plates, glasses, stove, sandwich maker, etc.
4) CHECK IN and CHECKOUT:
The guest and their companions must identify themselves at the reception upon presentation of identification. Guests will receive keys at reception at check-in and must return them at reception at check-out. For your safety, the apartment can only be opened from the outside with the use of keys. This prevents inattentive guests from leaving the apartment open when leaving. However, it requires attention when leaving. Always keep the key with you to prevent the door from inadvertently closing and the key being inside. When you go to the street, you can leave the key at reception if you wish.
The daily rate starts at 14h and ends at 11h the next day. Thus, check in is from 14h and checkout must be done at the latest by 11h.
If the guest arrives at the HOTEL before 2 pm, they can leave their luggage in the front desk baggage at no charge.
If you wish to check in early (before 14:00), or wish to check out later (after 11:00), we kindly ask you to send a message through the booking page on the website to check if you can change the details. according to our booking calendar. 5) VISITORS

The visitor must be registered at the reception before being taken to the apartment.
The request for additional bed and bath linen for the visitor must be made in advance of the cleaning and tidying clerk responsible for the floor, and during business hours, otherwise the availability of additional bed and bath linen will not be available until the following day. .
6) BED AND BATH CLOTHING
The Hotel provides for FREE the following items: sheets (with and without elastic), pillowcases, bath towel, washcloth, bathroom mat, liquid hand soap, bath soap, toilet paper and dishcloth.
Bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels are provided at the rate of 01 unit for each guest.
Bed and bath linen can be changed every 04 days. To request a change, the guest can make the request directly to the floor maid, who goes daily to clean and tidy the apartments.
The guest must ensure the good conservation of bed and bath linen, as well as the conservation and cleanliness of the apartment as a whole.
It is strictly forbidden to take towels or rugs outside the hotel room. You may NOT bring HOTEL towels or rugs to the beach or outside tours, otherwise you will be charged a half-day fine. In case of external use, the guest must use own towels.
If you have children peeing in bed, you should bring a waterproof liner or plastic that will prevent the child from urinating on the mattress or lead to child fraud.
Your apartment sleeps up to 05 guests. However, guests may not use more beds than the number of guests booked in the reservation, otherwise an additional guest will be charged.
We ask that the guest enter the number of couples and the configuration of beds they want, so we can arrange them in a way that best meets the needs of the guests, within the possibilities of the apartment. Here's the room setup:

7) OPTIONAL BREAKFAST:
The guest will have the option to buy breakfast directly in the restaurant located inside the hotel, at the price of 19.90 reais per person, with free consumption.
In addition to breakfast, the restaurant also offers lunch and dinner, charged per kilogram (44.90 reais per kilogram).
Restaurant values are for information only and reflect prices prevailing at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice at the sole and exclusive discretion of the restaurant.
8) PARKING:
If you wish to use a parking space, please notify us as soon as possible, as it is necessary to reserve it, the reservation is subject to availability at the moment. Therefore, it is important to warn in advance, especially in high season, as there may not be availability.
The HOTEL charges a fee of 70,00 reais per day for each vehicle. This amount must be paid at the HOTEL reception upon check-in. If you wish to use the garage, please inform the license plate and vehicle model as soon as possible, as these are important data for the reservation of the garage.
9) SAFE:
The apartment has a safe, which can be opened with a key or digital numeric password. The guest will receive the key to the safe, which is on the same keychain as the keys to the apartment doors. If you wish to register a numeric password, you will need to buy or bring the batteries. Even if some digital password is registered, the safe will always open with the use of the key.
10) GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT
The apartment has a kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils, which can be freely used by the guest. However, the guest who uses the kitchen utensils MUST KEEP CLEAN after use (pots, cups, plates, cutlery, stove, sandwich maker, coffee maker, etc). Dishwashing is NOT covered by daily housekeeping and is therefore the responsibility of the guest who uses it.
Please keep the apartment. Carelessness can be disruptive to you and your next guest. Therefore, we warn you immediately, that the following conducts are PROHIBITED:
- Throw paper in the toilet (may cause clogging);
- Remove towels and rugs from the apartment for external use (beach, pool, walks, etc.).
- Leave lights and appliances on when leaving the apartment, especially air conditioning. Always make sure you turned everything off before leaving.
- Eat food and drinks on the beds and / or sofas (there is a table for this).
- Bring animals of any kind to the apartment.
