I like the size of the room, great space. Food wise, need more option for keto, carnivore, and vegan. Just be simple, not need to mix beef and eggs or cheese. One source of protein. I like the boiled eggs.

O hotel é muito bom, a cama confortável, café da manhã é básico mas suficiente. Um ponto que achei super negativo foi o fato de cobrarem taxa para atendimento. Fui ao RJ para participar de uma festa, contratei uma maquiadora que foi me atender, e fui surpreendida com a notícia que teria que pagar uma taxa de r$126,00 para que ela pudesse me atender no quarto. Não achei nada especificado sobre isso nas pesquisas sobre o hotel. Inclusive a própria maquiadora disse que já atendeu em vários hotéis no RJ e nunca viu isso. Fiquei bem chateada, mas como não tinha nada a ser feito sobre isso, paguei a taxa. Mas fica o alerta para quem for utilizar esse serviço e ao hotel para que coloque essa observação nas informações para o que cliente não seja pego de surpresa.

Funcionário PATRICK, modelo de presteza e honestidade. Quando fiz nosso chekout com a recepcionista esqueci meu telefone no balcão. Fomos para o nosso evento no RIO CENTRO, assim que dei falta do mesmo, liguei e o funcionário havia guardado meu aparelho e não foi embora enquanto eu não voltei para resgata-lo. Sou muito grata.
