My shower did not have any hot water. When i went to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do about it. My room also didnt have a blanket. The toilet also has a lot of issues

Absolutely TERRIBLE. They claim to have parking, but its only about 20 spots and the cars can't get in or out freely without playing puzzle and removing all cars that are blocking the ones in the front, garanteed parking was the only reason we chose this dump. DIRTY! The towels and sheets have stains, the floors are sticky, everything inside the rooms are falling apart, dirty or stained, and I mean everything. The location is terrifying, people defecate and urinate on the streets, the restaurants around the area have roaches, we did not feel safe (pay the extra money and stay elsewhere). The one positive is the breakfast, simple but good.

Razoável, o café da manhã tinha que ficar solicitando reposição, parecia não ter colaboradores suficientes pra cobrir tudo. Solicitei limpeza do quarto e não foi feito. Chuveiro parecia não funcionar direito, em determinadas horas não tinha água quente ou quando tinha caia pouco.

Preço caro para oque apresenta.
Hotel razoável, mas achei o preço alto para o que ele traz. - quarto com a descarga estragada. - café da manhã não foi tão bom como aparenta nas fotos e descrição. (Bolo queimado, presunto e mortadela com cheiro não muito agradável) -interfone do quarto não funciona. - lençol tinha marca de sola de sapato. - 1 elevador pra hóspedes e funcionários. Elogio para os funcionários de terem que subir as escadas as pressas para buscar coisas na cozinha que ficam no andar superior, porque o elevador é pequeno e geralmente não cabem os hóspedes e funcionários cheios de bandejas ao mesmo tempo.
