It was terrible! The hotel sucks! One day without lights, other day with no hot water. And I had to pay for it. Jesus! The hotel looks like the Hollywood Tower Hotel! Stay away from it!

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. While the hotel is located conveniently, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was in such poor condition that I seriously considered sleeping on the floor, as it seemed a cleaner option. The level of dirt and lack of maintenance were surprising and definitely detracted from the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests have a more comfortable and hygienic stay.

Quartos velhos e ar condicionado sujo. Moças limpam todos os dias mas a empresa não os oferece o mínimo (aspirado em uma cidade praiana) para poder realizar seus trabalhos. Elevador estragou umas 3 a 4 vezes na nossa estádia. Mãe caiu das escadas por falta de detectores para acender as luzes. Machucou o pés e o braço. Sorte que ela não bateu a cabeça! Nunca atendem na recepção mesmo quando estão sós (sem check-in): fizemos o test: um embaixo olhando e um no quarto chamando. O restaurante se recusam a aquecer as comidas (a menos que seja do estabelecimento)

Horrível seria generosidade
Reservei este hotel, pois por conta do evento do G20, todos os hotéis em que costumo me hospedar estavam lotados. Por onde começar? O hotel é antigo, decadente, sujo, nos vidros, no elevador, no banheiro (limo aparente na pia - escovar os dentes ali é um martírio). Corredores escuros, móveis velhos e mal cuidados, refeitório fede e outras peculiaridades. Não consegui tomar o café da manhã sequer, muito abaixo de qualquer hotel low budget atual.Não recomendo, enfaticamente. Tive nojo e vergonha de ter me hospedado aqui Algumas vezes tive a impressão de estar em um filme de terror dos anos 80 - se vc for fã, é para você. Eu, penso que na mesma faixa de preço, há hotéis muito melhores.

Foi horrível, tendo sido até mesmo furtado pela camareira, que levou meus pertences e de meus familiares (camisas de futebol, tênis, chinelos, bermudas, etc). Nunca pensei passar por algo assim, lamentável. Fora isso, o hotel está velho e mal cuidado, além da limpeza não ser o forte.
