"The staff here are outstanding. We arrived during heavy rain and had booked a glamping room which is not connected to the main hotel. We were offered a chance to stay inside the hotel if we preferred, at the same price. We were shown both rooms before we made a decision, and we chose to stay in the glamping cabin after all (because it was SO cute!). There was a bit of leaking from the windows, and was a bit chillier in parts (the bathroom was cold!), and the alignment on the doors was a bit off,...

"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "It’s an ok place to stay for a night. Not a great place and not a particularly good deal for the money. The owner and staff were nice, but the impression was that the town and place are still struggling to survive after the pandemic. There are probably better options in Puerto Varas. "

"Adorei a estadia! Tinha ducha escocesa, piscina térmica e outra do lado de fora, academia pequena. Tinham lebres que ficaram na frente do hotel e os quartos tinham um banheiro com 3 separações e banheira. A cama é grande, macia e confortável. Um café da manhã divino! Uma ótima experiência!"
