"My partner and I went to San Juan for the first time. This was a quick weekend gateway and we did not want to break the bank. We picked this apartment due to the proximity to some bars and restaurants we wanted to go. "Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

"Dwight was very attentive. The apartment is in a great location with a number of restaurants across the street. Walmart is just a 5 minutes drive away. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a big plus. We were in town for a swimming competition at the natatorium…couldn’t have been staying any closer."

Calm area with food just a walk up the street was a plus, and pretty close drive to the tourist destinations like Old San Juan and Condado area. "This is a very nice property for a relaxing vacation. It is about an hour from the airport and San Juan near the small town of Cidra, which has some restaurants, stores, and a nice supermarket. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms. The pool is great, maintaining a temperature in the mid 80s in the morning and low 90s by evening. The hot tub is slightly warmer.
