"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. "The AC was broken and they did nothing to fix or provide a different room. It was 32 degrees. They offered us a fan but it was difficult to sleep. Seems a lot of rooms are very old. The location and view were spectacular! Breakfast was good."

The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. "The view of the lake is second to none and accessible from any vantage points from the hotel. The infinity pool was breathtaking and the staff were most helpful making this a truly incredible experience from start to finish. 5 star"

"Clean and simple, away from the crowds and costs of St. Moritz. Memory foam mattresses were a plus! Hot water wasn't super consistent, but it's an old building and not near any of the villages, so that's not surprising. The room was quite hot when we entered, as the radiator had been set to the max. Level 1-2 is plenty for rooms of this size, and it will take quite some time to cool down unless the windows are opened. "
