"We made our reservation last minute . The staff were so friendly and helpful they made us feel comfortable and it felt like home. It's a beautiful property it takes you back some years . Dinner was so delicious and once again an at home feeling. The easiest checkin and checkout we've ever experienced. Free parking & WiFi Its a family run business. Would recommend it to anyone 😊"

"We had a delightful sojourn in Sean's Annestown cottage! This is a small village with easy beach access, close to conveniences in Tramore (grocery, restaurants, shopping) and within easy driving distance to Waterford, Cork, and the Blarney Castle (and famous Blarney stone). Sean was an invaluable resource for things-to-do, and we enjoyed running into him in the local pub. He encouraged us to visit Cobh, which really was a highlight of our time on the Copper Coast. Property was exactly as described - maybe even better! We'd definitely return!"

"A wonderful house to stay in. It is a beautiful property in a gorgeous neighbourhood with stately garden and well-designed, very private rooms. The welcome was warm. The house is easily accessed and the room was beautifully designed and exceptionally well-kept. En suite bathroom was luxurious. Bed was comfortable, and room and lighting were flawless. We slept soundly. Breakfast was a delicious multi-course feast of fruit, granola, eggs, soda bread and traditional Irish elements that kept us going all day. "
