"Whilst the hotel is a couple of miles from the city centre, the bus service was very good & right outside - the free voucher was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be better coffee in the room, either a nespresso machine (or similar) or even just coffee bags. "

"All good as usual stayed a few times , Two points about Roof Top bar , why when i order at Bar do i get a service charge ?and why cant you just buy a coffee or small breakfast in morning , only option £18.95 Buffet breakfast ! Staying again soon but not a good location to meet customers as you cant buy just a coffee "

"The general ambience of the hotel is very calm and pleasant. But it lacks attention to detail. Replenishment of the coffee was a bit lax. Decaf coffee pods replaced by normal and i’m not allowed to drink caffeine! The bed springs were sticking through and the hotel needs a refurbishment. The restaurant is okay fo breakfast but not for an evening meal. My big gripe is that management couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my concerns It’s convenient and staff try hard but … "

"Hate that it's cashless so be aware, also if you need a car park space, make sure you book. Not well publicised. Other than that, clean, modern, comfortable, what's not to like?"

"The hotel room was great but there were no shower gels, shower caps and little things that you find in most hotels. Saying that, everything else was excellent and they had quite a good selection of vegan options on the in room service menu. Definitely would stay there again."

"Stayed for 1 night for my husband's birthday. Horwood house sent me options for additional extra's that I could add to our stay at a price such as cake etc. I chose not to add any thing on as they were quite expensive. Lots of parking on site & parking is free which is very helpful. Check in was super easy & quick. We had the option for a late checkout for £10 per hour which we booked 2 hours extra for a cost of £20 which we thought was very good. We stayed in a stable king room, very private...
