It is furnished with five bedrooms, a sleeping loft and a kitchen open to the living room. In addition, there are three bathrooms and a wonderful spa area with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also an outdoor area with sauna and a wilderness pool available during the summer months.

The house is suitable for several families, as the combination of kitchen and living room divides the house into two areas, with two bedrooms and bathroom on one side and three bedrooms with bathroom on the opposite side. The third bathroom is located in the spa area. Enjoy the lovely terrace, there is room for fun and games on the large property.
The house is located in Lodbjerghede, a popular and quiet cottage area near the seaside resort of Søndervig. In Lodbjerghede there are playgrounds, a fishing lake and a large golf course.

In Søndervig, the seaside resort, which is very busy in the summer, there are activities for everyone. Among other things, you can play mini golf, rent bicycles, go to the swimming pool, shop in the various specialty stores, enjoy an ice cream or a beer in the shade, play in one of the playgrounds or spend time at the large sandpit with seating.
You should experience the North Sea, whether in summer or winter. There is a large supermarket in the village.
The area offers many kilometers of cycling and hiking trails, so you can easily get around without a car.

Wir hatten eine ganz wundervolle Zeit. Besonders den Pool und die OutdoorSauna haben wir sehr genossen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet.

Schöne Unterkunft
Insgesamt eine gute, günstige Unterkunft. Wir waren zu acht dort und hatten ausreichend Platz, mit mehr Personen könnte es aber eng werden, vor allem im Wohnbereich. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, insbesondere in den Badezimmern und im Poolbereich. In den Schlafzimmern war es teilweise sehr staubig und viele Spinnenweben, ein Staubsauger war aber vorhanden. Außerdem waren einige der Zimmer etwas muffig, besonders der Kleiderschrank. Die Einrichtung (außer der Küche) ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist neu und die Ausstattung sehr gut: viele Teller/Gläser/Tassen etc vorhanden, sowie einiges an Küchenutensilien. Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig und die Türen gehen teilweise schwer zu oder quietschen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön mit großer Sauna und beheizbarem Pool (Pool Heizung mit Holz, was die Temperatur Regelung manchmal etwas schwierig macht, hat aber insgesamt gut geklappt). Zu beachten ist der relativ hohe Stromverbrauch (ca 1500kWh bei 8 Tagen), das war aber vorher abzusehen. Ist natürlich abhängig von der Nutzung (zB Sauna, Whirlpool Innen etc). Für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Freunden war das Haus insgesamt aber gut geeignet, vor allem durch das gute Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Super Haus mit leider nicht nur Schönheitsfehlern
Zuerst das Positive: Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für zwei Familien. Zwei getrennt Bereiche. Nur der Wohnbereich ist bei Vollbelegung sehr klein. Außenbereich ist super großzügig mit zugewachsenem Garten und viel Platz sogar zum Ballspielen. Klasse für Urlaub mit Kindern. Boden im Poolbereich und den Bädern aber völlig ungeeignet weil man darauf sehr schnell darauf ausrutscht mit nassen Füßen. Gab dann Wadenbeinbruch….. Außerdem war die Position des Schlüsseltresors nicht beschrieben. Wir fanden ihn erst, als wir (zum Glück hatte das Büro noch offen) doch noch nach Søndervig ins örtliche Büro gefahren sind und die sehr freundliche Crew uns dort geholfen hat. Ist nach einer Fahrt aus Süddeutschland ein wenig stressig.
