If the weather is more conducive to a museum visit, you can check out the interesting collection of vintage aircraft at Stauning Airport or the St. George Stranding Museum in the charming fishing village of Thorsminde. The latter can display an exquisite collection of rare items from English warships, including wreckage from the two warships that sank in 1811 with 1400 men.
