This beautiful vacation home is located directly on the dunes and invites you to a both relaxing and varied vacation. In the morning you will find a cozy place for breakfast at the dining table. Then open the door, breathe in the fresh sea air and enjoy the panoramic view of the landscape. In sunny weather, the terrace also offers several corners for morning coffee.



You will stay only 50 meters from the great North Sea coast and its wonderful sandy beaches. Spend unforgettable hours on the beach in summer swimming, playing and sunbathing. In the cooler seasons, this house is also a wonderful place for rest and relaxation. Take a walk along the coast and when you get back, go to the sauna. Or maybe you'll find it even more comfortable in the hot tub? Warm up by the fireplace in the evening and have a cozy game night with family or friends.

Eigentlich ein schönes, großzügiges Haus in sehr guter Lage, aber leider hinterlässt es einen recht vernachlässigten Eindruck: Abfluss der Dusche im OG war verstopft (durch Service behoben), Rauchmelder im WZ defekt, Fernseher ohne deutsche Kanäle (durch Techniker behoben), Staubsauger ohne Funktion, da Staubbehälter randvoll, Dachfenster nicht zu schließen (durch Service bearbeitet, ohne vollständige Funktion), Haustürschloss hakt, Gardine im OG zerrissen, Bettauflagen und Kopfkissen z.T. dreckig (durch Servicetechniker fotografiert), sortierte Anzahl der Gläser für 6 Personen nicht ausreichend (Sammelsurium, Wassergläser wurden ergänzt), lediglich 1 Eierbecher, Kaminecke unaufgeräumt inklusive ekliger Kissen mit Hundehaaren, in der Dusche im EG keine Ablage für Shampoo und Duschgel, für die 4 Liegen auf der Terrasse 3 z.T. fleckige und kaputte Auflagen, Mülltonnen bei Anreise halbvoll, Papier- und Wertstofftonne wurden auch während der 3 Wochen nicht geleert, es gab keinerlei Informationen zur Nutzung des Hauses, wie wir es aus anderen Ferienhäusern gewohnt waren. Diese Aufzählung ließe sich noch fortsetzen.... HYGGE?

Tolle Lage, Ausstattung dürftig

Das Haus liegt wunderbar direkt an einem Strandaufgang. Der Aufgang ist sehr steil, wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist für den wird es schwierig. Die Ausstattung ist und das gesamte Objekt sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse war eine Katastrophe vom Zustand, auch der Terassenmöbel. Ein Teil wurde getauscht auf unsere Beschwerde hin. Die Lage ist es uns nicht wert, wir buchen das Haus definitiv nicht nochmal.

Super Lage

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, der Aufgang zum Strand durch die Düne ist unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Durch die Sackgassenlage kein Verkehr, lediglich die Nachbarschaft, die zum Strand gehen möchte kommen an dem Haus vorbei. 🤔 In der Hochsaison könnte es evtl. etwas lästig sein, wenn man Ruhe sucht, aber in der Nebensaison grosse Klasse. Das Haus selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber von Innen so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
