"This hotel is about as good as it gets in Kisii! It’s walking distance to the best grocery store and downtown walk around shopping. It can be very loud outside, the gym isn’t anything special and the food can really be hit or miss but the connection to the culture and proximity to a lot of things quickly makes it the best in the area. Above all it’s very safe. "

"For the village, the accommodation is not too bad however the lighting in the room was poor and the door to the bathroom was broken. For 60$ it’s not value for money. It’s more like a 30$ place. Positives were the staff who were very kind and went above and beyond. Their food was also really good! Good breakfast totally worth it but I would not stay here again"
